Third-Party Disclosure

This website is operated by an independent marketing service and is not owned or operated by a licensed fence contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work. Our sole purpose is to connect homeowners with qualified local contractors in their area.

All contractors referred through this website are independent professionals. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that any hired contractor holds the necessary licenses, insurance, and bonding required by their state and local jurisdiction before any work begins.

All individuals depicted in photos or videos on this site are models or stock imagery and do not represent specific contractors available through this service.

By submitting a request through this website, you acknowledge that you are contacting a referral service and not a contracting company directly.

Not Professional Advice

The content on this site, including blog articles covering topics such as fence permits, local regulations, property-boundary, drainage, and code-compliance considerations, and best practices, is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, surveying, legal, or regulatory advice. Always consult a licensed professional and your local authorities before undertaking any fence work that may require a permit or inspection.

Contractor Licensing

Texas does not issue a state license for fence installation, and nothing on this website states or implies that any such license is held. We describe ourselves as insured and bonded, which is what we are. Some cities and counties in the Houston area operate their own registration or permitting requirements for fence work, and some work adjacent to a fence, such as electrical supply to an automatic gate, does require a separately licensed trade. Before any work begins, ask for proof of insurance and bonding and for any registration your jurisdiction requires.

Property Lines, Boundaries and Surveys

We are fence contractors, not land surveyors. We do not perform property surveys, boundary determinations, or plat interpretations, and nothing on this site is a survey, a legal opinion on a boundary, or a representation of where your property line lies. We install from the line you identify to us, working from your existing survey or plat where you provide one. Determining a boundary is the work of a licensed land surveyor, and a dispute over one is a matter for an attorney. Where a fence is to be placed at or near a boundary, an easement, or a shared line, we recommend you confirm the line and any neighbor or association consent in writing before installation.

Pool Barriers and Safety Codes

We install pool fencing and self-closing, self-latching gate hardware intended to meet the pool barrier requirements that apply at your address. We are not pool barrier inspectors and we hold no inspection certification. Nothing on this site is a certification, an inspection, or a representation that any barrier complies with any code, nor is it a substitute for the judgment of your local building official. Pool barrier requirements are set by state law and by your city or county and are subject to change, and final determination of compliance rests with the authority having jurisdiction. A barrier is not a substitute for supervision: no fence, gate, or latch prevents drowning.

Utility Locates

Setting fence posts is excavation. We request utility locates through the Texas 811 one-call system before digging, as state law requires. Locates mark the position of participating operators' facilities only, and they do not mark privately owned lines such as irrigation, landscape lighting, invisible pet containment wiring, propane runs, or electrical supply to a detached structure. Tell us about any private lines on your property before work begins, because they cannot be located for you.

Insurance Claims

After storm damage we can document what we found with photographs and a written estimate that you may choose to give your insurer. We are not an insurance adjuster, public adjuster, or agent, and we do not act on your behalf with your insurance company. We make no representation that any claim will be approved, that any repair or replacement will be covered, or that any deductible will be waived, absorbed, discounted, or paid by us; waiving or rebating a deductible is unlawful in Texas. Coverage decisions rest solely with your carrier.

Wood, Decay and Pests

Fence posts and pickets in this climate fail through moisture at the ground line, movement in expansive clay soil, and ordinary weathering. Where wood has decayed we replace it. We do not perform termite or pest inspections, we do not apply chemical or preservative treatments, and we do not carry out any pest control work. Pest control is a separately regulated trade in Texas. Nothing on this site is an inspection report or a representation that any infestation exists, has been treated, or has been eliminated.

Materials, Warranties and Weathering

Warranty terms, including length, scope, exclusions, and transferability, are set out in the written contract for your project and, for manufactured components, by the manufacturer. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty, and no warranty described here is a lifetime warranty unless the signed contract says so in writing. Wood is a natural material: color change, surface checking, cupping, and minor movement are normal and are not defects. Product names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, dealership, or certified-installer status.
